You will play a central role in shaping the company’s narrative, including ownership of the website content, building scalable sales enablement, and translating product development efforts into clear, differentiated value for customers.
Product Positioning & Strategy
- Own platform-level positioning for EGM, with initial focus on structural variant analysis in hematologic malignancies
- Define clear differentiation vs. established and emerging approaches (e.g., FISH, karyotype, microarray, sequencing-based methods, and optical genome mapping)
- Develop and maintain messaging frameworks grounded in real-world workflows and customer needs
- Contribute to market segmentation, prioritization, and business case development
- Develop and implement pricing strategy for all products and ensure communication across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross functionally to collect performance claims and package into marketing materials
Website & Narrative Ownership

- Ensure consistency across Nabsys’ website, sales materials, and external communications
Content & Sales Enablement
- Develop core commercial assets such as Platform and application presentations (e.g., AML, CLL) and Whitepapers, case studies, and web content
- Build and maintain sales enablement tools: competitive positioning and battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and value and ROI messaging
- Lead training for Sales and Field Applications teams
Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with Product Development Management to translate product roadmap and features into clear, differentiated, market-ready messaging
- Support launches of new applications, workflows, and capabilities
- Align messaging across Marketing, Sales, and Applications teams
Customer & Market Engagement

- Develop initial hypotheses around product-market fit in new segments
- Support strategic decisions on market entry and growth
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, segment marketing, or related commercial roles in genomics or life sciences
- Demonstrated success in marketing complex technologies (instruments, software, assays)
- Strong domain expertise in cytogenetics and/or molecular genomics, including experience with cytogenetics workflows (FISH, karyotyping, CMA) and/or experience with molecular genomics approaches (NGS, WES/WGS, CNV/SV analysis)
- Familiarity with NGS-based cancer assays used in clinical research settings, such as targeted cancer panels and/or RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), including an understanding of their role in genomic characterization (excluding liquid biopsy applications)
- Understanding of structural variant detection (e.g., CNVs, translocations, repeat expansions)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience building sales enablement tools and training commercial teams
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives (Product, Sales, Marketing, Applications)
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
Preferred
- Experience in oncology, particularly hematologic malignancies
- Experience leading website or major messaging initiatives
- Experience supporting product launches
